Is Parallels dependant on kvm_host

Good Morning,

I was looking at several board overlays and see that several such as eve have the kvm_host USE flag passed to it but several other devices do not have this flag. Is it a safe assumption that if the kvm_host flag is set, the device will support Parallels (assuming all other hardware requirements are met)?
