How to Change The Boot Splash Screen

If you look at Neverware's Cloudready Chromium OS, when you boot to it, instead of the chromium logo, you see the neverware logo. How is that possible (imagine that! Everyone having there own chromium logo on THEIR builds. Imagine that....)

it's all open source, so it's really not that difficult to customize.
