What upstart event is emitted when user login by Guest (incognito) in CROS?

I believe interacting with a chrome tab while in guest mode is rare.   Chrome OS automatically recognizes guest mode and incognito chrome functionality works great in guest mode.   I personally usually keep my guest mode sessions very short.  However, in the future I may use it more, so im glad this functionality was built in.
