the STATE partition is mounted with resgid=20119 option.

/dev/sdc1 on /mnt/stateful_partition type ext4 (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,noatime,seclabel,resgid=20119,commit=600,data=ordered)

AFAIK resgid is for using reserved block.

Is there any reseved block on the STATE partition?

And which user/process get the gid=20119?

Btw OEM is ext4 also, but It's not mounted with resgid.
