Chromium Dash CSV Download Failing

It seems there is a problem with the Chromium Dash CSV Download, it seems to be downloading a blank file. This seems to have been going on for a bit over a week.

Just to add, csv downloads are failing on the ChromeOS Flex serving builds site too.
