Regarding " adb over usb" for chromebook.

Hi All,

I am stuck into an issue i have a test automation framework for android application on my windows laptop having adb installed, so i want to run my automation over chrome os android app, but when i am trying to connect chromebook with windows using type-c usb cable by giving " adb devices" nothing showed up, however if i go adb over network then everything works fine i got ip and connected too.

I checked in chromium org page my chromebook supports adb over usb, i have followed all the necessary steps for enabling adb over port 0 but still not able to connect.
