The build stats for CQ slaves should be added to go/cros-cq-stats-sheet in
due time. When that is ready, the chart that I think could be really
useful is one that is a "stacked bar chart", as describe here:

One chart would represent one overall CQ run, with each bar representing
one CQ slave and the runtime of that slave. Within the bar for each CQ
slave the different colors represent each stage, and the length of the
color represents the runtime of that stage.

The spreadsheet could automatically show such a chart for the last X runs,
or maybe one run per week over the last X weeks.

This would give good insight into what stages are taking a lot of time on
each slave, as well as what slaves are taking the longest time.
