Language selector (input mode items)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. “日本語” が使用可能であることを確認する
2. “Japanese input method (for US keyboard)” がチェックされていることを確認
する
3. “Web search” を開く
4. Focus を検索テキスト入力ボックスにする
5. 言語アイコンをクリックして“Japanese input method (for US keyboard)” を選
択する
6. 再度言語アイコンをクリックする
（一度では起きない場合がありますので何度かクリツクを繰り返してください）

What is the expected output?
メニュー下部に日本語入力モード（hiragana、katakana 等）が表示される

What do you see instead?
メニュー下部に日本語入力モードが表示されない

フォーカスが omni box では起きない
デフォルトが英語でも起きる
入力モードが表示される言語（以下）でアクティブ
