This is an idea for an enhancement to the stats at go/cros-cq-stats. I
have mentioned this to a few people verbally.

Consider creating a chart of the runtime of CQ Master and CQ slaves all
together so that it is visually obvious which slave(s) is taking the
longest and therefore determining the overall runtime of the CQ. The
problem, I expect, is that there are so many CQ slaves that this chart
could be overly noisy. The noise could be reduced somewhat if
the "onebuilder initiative" is ever fast enough to be applied to the CQ
slaves, thus greatly reducing the number of slaves.
