Hi,

In our codebase, we can find many implementations of the name (or token) of the message pipe.
Does the token of |OutgoingInvitation::AttachMessagePipe(token)| need to be unique? Can we always use 0 for the token for multiple connections? Or should we use a random value for the token of each connection?

Thanks
Chungsheng

It can be zero in all cases. A long long time ago, a token passed to an equivalent API had to be unique, and I think that practice just got carried forward in several Chrome OS repositories.

Thanks
Chungsheng
