AAC ADTS streaming Android 3.1+

As given in the above link, Android browser can play AAC (ADTS) audio.

I were able to play AAC with ADTS header file over Android 4.0 using HTML5 audio tag but a AAC stream through Icecast is not playing at all. 

Can you please help me to narrow down the problem?
