Speech API issue on Chrome browser for mobile

We're planning to use Web Speech in our startup project but it seems it has a serious issue on Chrome browser for mobile.

Using Chrome 45.0.2454.84 on Nexus 6 and checking the demo page at https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/demos/speech.html every word/term is repeated multiple times.

We would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

Yes, I see that problem as well in https://dictation.io . May be there should be a custom solution.

If you do not make sure an issue is filed on crbug.com (search for an existing one first), it will less likely get fixed.
