The webkitSpeechRecognition is a powerful feature that makes the Chrome to be the first choice on all platforms.

But the webkitSpeechRecognition of Chrome on Android has a serious issue for years,

It stops to be activated in a few seconds (less than 10) which makes the Chrome lost this advantage.
