IntersectionObserver issue with zoom != 100% ?

Hi,

Here is a small test case (for chrome or chrome canary): https://share.kelis.fr/sys/intersectObsWithZoom.html

The objective when you scroll the main area: 

- The "Comment..." panel is detached from the normal flow (position="fixed") in order to be always visible.

- The "Comment..." panel is reattached to its natural anchor (position="") when the comment is in the visible area.

All works fine... except when you change the navigator zoom factor.

With a zoom !=100%, it seems the DOMRectReadOnly given by IntersectionObserverEntry are wrong.

Do I miss something or should I fill an issue?
