Chrome Kiosk mode resize

Hello, Chrome google, i have a question for you to answer. 

We are building a window app...Which run has the recorder bar with resize button so the screen can fit to the recording frame..This all work when we have other browser then chrome, where in chrome case..Kiosk mode is on..It didn't work at all.

Please help..Standing to hear from team chrome.
