Tmux Pane Border Issue

I'm getting strange behavior on several of the rows in a tmux session. I've highlighted the offending rows in yellow on the first image. The second image shows how it looks in Putty.

I think this was a font issue. I was using "Lucida Console" if I remember correctly. I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled and the lines were aligned properly however the font wasn't the greatest.
