After the update to v0.54 the SFTP is no longer working from the extension.
I'm on Chrome OS version 114.0.5735.119

Interesting if I use Terminal in Chrome OS and create a SSH Terminal with the same setup the option to Mount to Files work.
Another interesting point is from the extension I can establish an SSH terminal session. So I am confident the setup within SSH Secure shell is correct.

Any ideas?
Any way I can get some long from the SFTP Mount to help debug?

I'm seeing the same problem, SFTP Mount never works.  Secure Shell just stops without printing anything about loading either wasm or pnacl nassh (I've tried both).  No errors, just no sign of it doing anything.

Command line SFTP still works.

In a login session where I still had 0.53, SFTP Mount worked fine just now, then I told Chrome to update extensions, and SFTP Mount stopped working with 0.54.

This is with ChromeOS R113-15393.58.0 on a "fizz" Chromebox.

I see the same thing here.  If run tcpdump on the machine I'm trying to connect to I don't even see a connection attempt being made.

FWIW: I'm using Chrome OS so I switched to the built in terminal and was able to connect for SSH and the Mount to Files after I made a SSH connection definition via the +Add SSH button.

Work around but would prefer the extension.

Did that require a flag?
Thee thing I liked most about the extension was being able to set the mount path. Can you do that from the terminal?

Nope - just click the three dot menu after making the SSH definition.

Workaround for Chromebook SFTP due to the Chromebook Secure Shell SFTP Mount issue.
Requires Chromebook Linux.
Go to chrome://flags#terminal-sftp and enable.
Restart Chromebook.
The start or restart Chromebook Terminal App.
+ Add SSH to your remote server first.
Then go back to the >_ tab in the Terminal App.
Next to your recently added remote ssh server click the ..., then select SFTP or Mount to Files.
Login to remote SSH as normal.

This worked for me nicely. What is wrong with SecureShell at the mo?
