with the WASM plugin hitting all the MVP targets, we're ready to start testing this more widely. the dev extension will automatically use WASM unless --ssh-client-version=pnacl is explicitly specified.

the stable extension, starting with the next release (0.51) will opt-in a small number of random connections to WASM. although i don't expect the 0.51 release to come anytime soon :).
