Automatic login using key not working

Hello!

I have imported an identy/ SSH key which is working on a macOS system, but only working partly with SecureShell on chromeOS. I can connect using password but the auto-login (based on the key and which is well working on other systems) does not work here. I tried to get verbose output with the -vv option. It tells me that it tries to use my key but then it falls back to the passphrase login. Any idea why it is not working here but on the other systems?

I need to clarify: it is working on a macOS using commandline and directly using ssh. When using Secure Shell in Chrome in macOS, it is also not working. Here the corresponding output:
