Secure Shell (stable) updated to 0.51

i've just released Secure Shell (stable) 0.51 [ext] which implements SFTP in the WASM port.  this brings the stable version to MVP, so as a reminder, we are opting in a small number of random connections to using WASM instead of NaCl.
