Secure Shell (stable) updated to 0.46

i've just released Secure Shell (stable) 0.46 [ext] which fixes some SFTP mount regressions, refactors a lot of nassh code to support ES6 modules (not as scary as it sounds), and includes an alpha WASM implementation via --ssh-client-version=wasm. please file bugs for issues you find, but make sure to check the KI list first.

still no plans to upgrade to newer OpenSSH due to upstream select/poll changes, so please don't ask :p.
