i've just released Secure Shell (stable) 0.77 which upgrades to OpenSSH 10.3, and updates to WASI-SDK 33.0 which supports C++ exceptions.  mosh's hacks to not use exceptions have been dropped and it seems to still work well.

* mosh: Drop C++ exceptions workarounds.
* ssh_client: Enable C++ exceptions for threaded targets.
* wassh-libc-sup: Dynamically disable C++ exception fallbacks.
* wasi-sdk: Upgrade to 33.0.
* libdot: Raise min Python version to 3.11.
* openssh: Upgrade to 10.3.
* wasi-sdk: Upgrade to 32.0.
* plugin: Update to 0.76.
* protobuf: Upgrade to 3.20.3.
* zlib: Update to 1.3.2.
