I've completed drafting my proposal for the GSoC 2025 project titled "Add 3rd Party Theme Support for Tab Groups (Small Size)" under the Chromium organization. I've tried to include all the necessary details, background research, and design plans based on the project description and available documentation.

I would be really grateful if you could take a look and share any suggestions or feedback you might have. Your guidance would help me improve the proposal and align it better with the project's expectations.
