Submission of proposal for Add 3rd Party Theme Support for Tab Groups .

Hi Chromium GSoC Project 6 Team,

I hope you're doing well.

My name is Abhishek Anand, and I was preparing a proposal for the project titled "Add 3rd Party Theme Support for Tab Groups" under Google Summer of Code 2025.

Unfortunately, I missed the final submission deadline. However, I have completed my proposal and would still love to share it with you—both to demonstrate my strong interest in contributing to Chromium and in hopes of receiving any feedback you may be willing to provide.

I am genuinely excited about the idea of theming tab groups and have already started reviewing the codebase, exploring relevant components, and trying to solve beginner bugs related to the project. Whether or not I can participate in GSoC officially, I would be thrilled to contribute to this project and learn from the experience.
