Interest in Chromium GSoC Project – Beginner Seeking Guidance

Dear Chromium GSoC Mentors,

 I hope you are doing well. My name is Seema, and I am a computer science student interested in contributing to the Chromium project through GSoC. I am a beginner in open-source development but eager to learn and contribute.

I came across your project related to WebUI TabStrip, and I find it really interesting. Since I am new to open-source, I would appreciate any guidance on how to get started. Specifically, I would like to know:  

-What are the essential things I should learn before contributing?

- Are there any beginner-friendly issues I can work on? 

-Any specific documentation or resources you recommend? 

I am currently setting up my development environment and going through the Chromium documentation. If there are any small tasks or bugs I can start with, please let me know.  Thank you for your time. I look forward to your guidance and hope to contribute to the project.
