Hi Team,

We received a purple nickle warning on our extension - we suspect it was because we hadn't selected some of the fields on the chrome extension store for data that is captured even though we list them explicitly in our terms & service that every user has to agree to use our extension.

We have course-corrected this and ensure our terms are correctly linked but just want to make sure there isn't something else we are missing. We also have a specific terms listed at trellus.ai/terms and a data privacy policy listed at https://www.trellus.ai/data-privacy - would it be better for us to link these in one webpage - the chrome store only allows us to link one set of terms (which we have historically linked as trellus.ai/terms)

As a YC startup heavily reliant on the chrome extension store, it would be devastating to our business to have the extension removed - let us know what else we can do

Extension Id: enhpjjojmnlnaokmppkkifgaonfojigl

Best,
Trellus Team

As an added measure, we have copied the entirety of the data privacy policy into the terms as well in case that was what flagged the system (eg a broken link)

Apologies for the triple reply - just wanted to add additional context after doing our own investigation here in case it's helpful for you all (as you can tell we went on full investigation mode upon this notice - it's pretty late!)

It looks like our legal consultant may have accidentally removed this line from the T&S last week when adjusting one of our sections. I have had the team re-include it in a more permanent fashion at the top of our T&S so this does not happen again - "Trellus' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."

Best,
Ajinkya

Hello Ajinkya,
In order to appeal a ruling, you would want to contact One Stop Support
