chrome api tabCapture

hello I am trying to use the tabCapture API for getting the stream from the user tab I got all the right permissions but when I try to start recording I receive null and the error Error starting tab capture I tried everything but it still doesn't work maybe someone can share working code on manifest version 3 or help me
