Hello,
I am the sole developer and publisher of the Chrome extension "Package Tracker - track parcel anywhere" (ID: klpogiihnanfdfbfpphcjjlipmifagbm).
I have a critical issue with Google Analytics integration provided by the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard. After enabling GA4, the system automatically created properties under the account "Chrome Web Store developer properties".
The Problem: My account (boost...@gmail.com) was only granted "Viewer" permissions. When I try to access settings or manage data streams, I see the message: "You have access to this account, but you do not have permission to manage its users."
Because I am not an Administrator, I cannot see full analytics, manage filters, or link the data with my other services.
What I need: I need to have Administrator (Owner) permissions granted to my email for these properties so I can access the store-side analytics (listing views, conversion rates) which are essential for my product.
I have already tried the "Request Access" button within the GA interface multiple times, but I haven't received any confirmation or response.
Could someone from the Chrome Web Store team please look into this and fix the permissions for my developer account?
Thank you.
