OS stats is incorrect and a problem with One Stop Support Page itself

I just submit two feedbacks through One Stop Support Page. Post here too.

1. OS stats on CWS dev dashboard is incorrect

Recently, it is only displayed one "Other" OS , no real os data.

2. Using submit button for submission

One Stop Support Page should use "Submit" text on button instead of "Next" text on button when it is the submit action(no next form page). "Next" button misleads users into submitting the form accidentally.

OS stats on CWS dashboard is back!

The issue is now resolved, and the OS stats have been backfilled since when the issue started (so there is no remaining gap).
