Recognition of (semi) official extension usage

Hello Chrome Extensions team,
We're a small dev shop which created an application that's been used by a few Googlers (based on subscription receipts).
According to an email I received by someone with an @google address, it was used last year on a wider scale for a "campus takeover."
The application is ChromeOS-exclusive and used pretty extensively, so I was hoping I might get in touch with someone on the team to see if there's a chance we could get a small write-up about its performance beyond the nice email I received.
The Googlers I spoke with mentioned that it would more likely be in the hands of the ChromeOS team to ok something like this, but they're much harder to get a hold of these days.
With us being a small shop, anything that could be done would help a lot.
