CSP in combination with optional host permission recommendation

I currently have a strict Content Security Policy on my extension Link

I want to start utilizing optional host permission, so users can opt to decide to allow it to other domains.

Can I safely adjust my CSP, may that disable the extension?

Will it affect the approval process?

Any insights / best practices would be appreciated.

Hi Arnoud!

We have a tool that you can use to test this exact thing. That being said, no, changing the CSP value does not disable the extension
