Chrome Extension Cloned - No Response from DMCA

Hello Team,

One of our Chrome extensions has been cloned and is currently live on the Chrome Web Store.

When we contacted Chrome support, we were advised to submit a request to the Google DMCA team. We did so, and it has now been five days since the submission. So far, we have only received an acknowledgement email, and no further action has been taken.

This extension represents years of hard work, and the unauthorized clone is directly impacting our business, users, and revenue. The continued availability of the cloned extension is causing ongoing harm.

We would like to understand:

• What is the expected timeline for action on DMCA requests?

• Is there any way to escalate this issue given the clear business impact?

• Whom can we contact for further assistance if no action is taken?

We respectfully request your immediate help in resolving this matter and removing the infringing extension as soon as possible.
