Why are my extension images not shown in the store?

Hello,

After I noticed that my promotional images weren't shown in the new
app store, I decided to change the smallest image conform to the
requirements.
However, it still wasn't shown anywhere, while my extension get's
about 1000 installs/week.

Then I decided to change the second and third image too; but although
they are uploaded correctly (when I press [view current] I get the
right image), I cannot press "publish". I get the following error:
"Your image cannot be processed. Try saving it in a different
format.".

My extension is called Lyrics for Google Chrome and can be found here:

What can I do about this?

I see this error a lot. Usually if I press publish again it will go
through, although with what consequences on the item I don't know.

Can somebody help with this?It is really frustrating.
There is a 66% (!) drop op visitors to my extension page, compared to
the previous look of the app store.

All images are fine according to the requirements.

I don't see a problem. I just clicked on your link and I'm seeing a beautiful slideshow with a bunch of pretty screenshots. Are you sure there's a problem? Email me if you want and I can send you screenshots of what I'm seeing.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm talking about the images in the list of
extensions and apps.
My extension is filed under "Extensions > Search tools". If you go
there, you'll see that my extension is placed in the very bottom list
of extensions without an image, which causes a huge drop of visitors.

Can this be fixed?
