Tab Scope / Preview extension

I'd like a Chrome extension like the Firefox extension Tab Scope
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tab-scope/), but one
doesn't seem to exists.

Does anyone know if such a thing is even possible using Chrome's
extension capabilities?

There's currently no way to get this effect with a Chrome extension.

How is it not possible? Do you mean to sat that it is not possible to monitor on what tab you're on, take a screenshot on change of tab or to display a GUI for it?

I think it's possible.
