Hi everyone,

I am seeking advice or escalation help regarding a persistent support deadlock that has lasted over 40 days.

The Situation: I am a developer of a Featured Extension that currently holds a high search ranking (Top 5) in its category. Due to a 2FA lockout (obsolete phone number), I am unable to log into the original publisher account.

The Evidence: I possess the $5 Developer Registration Fee Order ID (CWS.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx) as definitive proof of financial ownership of the assets.

The Deadlock:

  1. I opened Case 4-8110000041021 and provided all financial evidence.

  2. The support team repeatedly refers me to the automated Account Recovery (AR) tool.

  3. However, a Google One Supervisor (Case 0-2259000040520) has officially confirmed that the AR tool is in a dead loop and cannot be manually overridden from their end.

  4. CWS Support maintains they cannot help until the account is recovered, creating a complete circular dependency.

The Impact: As this is a Featured item, I am unable to push critical updates or manage the service, which directly impacts tens of thousands of users. My search ranking has already begun to drop due to this maintenance lockout.

Request: I am not asking to bypass Gmail security. I am requesting an Item Transfer based on the proven CWS Order ID. Can any Googler or community expert help escalate this to the specialized team that can perform a manual asset migration?
