This is in reference to Ticket #9-4853000041021.

Our Chrome extension "SMARTe" was removed from the Chrome Web Store following a DMCA copyright takedown notification. However, we have not received any details regarding the specific nature of the alleged infringement, including what content is claimed to be infringing, or who filed the complaint.

All assets in our extension, including logos, images, icons, and source code, are original works owned by our organization. We have fully complied with all Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

To resolve this matter and take any necessary corrective action, we require the following:

1. A copy of the original DMCA takedown notice
2. Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing
3. Details of the complainant

We are fully committed to addressing any legitimate concerns promptly and request your assistance in reinstating our extension at the earliest as we have paid users waiting to use the plugin.
