my app got rejected: 

"Spam and Placement in the Store"

• Item has a blank description field, or missing icons or screenshots, and appears to be suspicious.

Unfortunately this is not really clear as I have description, icons and screenshots.

Could please some one help me?

Hello!

Did you publish using the new developer dashboard? There is a chance there may have been a glitch.

I would recommend switching to the old dashboard, uploading the icon, tiles and screenshots from there, and then submit again. Did you include the icons in your manifest.json file?

You can switch to the old Dashboard by clicking "Show less" in the bottom right blue welcome message,and then choosing opt out.

Hi Amy,

Thanks for this information.

I've got my extension rejected with the same reason as Matteo.

As I've filled everything out on the dashboard, I was really surprised why it got rejected..

After changing back to the "Old Dashboard", I can see that there is no icon uploaded (I would actually expect it to get pulled out from the package)

Hopefully this time it will get approved :)

Edit: Mine got published after I uploaded it in the old dashboard.
Actually I had do do a bit more modification than just re-uploading, but the old dashboard was giving warnings/errors what is missing, what has to be the format of the icon, etc.

So good to hear it got published! 

I think in the "near future" the icon will be pulled from the package through the manifest, but it's a feature that has not been implemented just yet.
