For years/decades, an addon/extension/plugin has been recolouring
webpages parts (various boxes or divisions) yellow when I move/press
mouse some ways... other ways usually reverse (or I hard reload). I
don't
have one meant to recolour except when turned-on--Stylus--which I don't
until night (dark, not yellow, not the one).

Classic FireFox (FF, now Pale Moon (PM), superior) has FireFox Extension
Conflict Troubleshooter (FECT, now ECT such for PM) addon which disables
half, restarts, asks if fixed, continues (binary search) until resolved,
but newer web browsers (second-rate at best) don't, which I'd argue
(among
dozens features) should be built-in even for addons programmers to debug
(so #1 importance feature category). I have almost 170 addons: no time
to
debug manually without that.

Chromium was based on KDE Konqueror; KDE Falkon is based on Chromium. In
Chromium/Chrome for years--and FF with mostly same addons--a few times/
year CloudFlare (ClownFlare (CF)) repeatedly (continually several hours/
days) fails to verify I'm human, despite temporarily turning off all
advertisement-blocking, anti-tracking, privacy, security addons.
Surprisingly, some such websites using CF work in Konqueror or Falkon,
not
FF & Chromium, so maybe an addon breaks CF? However, it's only
occasionally; more CF than any addon: usually on yet loading CF sites.

I use three popup blockers that redirect to tabs, which sometimes don't
work, or need semi-random combinations of some the three off & on (not
always same even for same site) or only first try works. It's somewhat
tolerably usable, but ideally Chromium's builtin popup blocking (almost
never works) should be more advanced than these.

Some advertisement-blocking, anti-tracking, privacy, security addons we
use(d) are Canvas Blocker, Decentraleyes, Disconnect, Ping Blocker
Polisis, Privacy Badger, Privacy Possum, ScriptSafe, Ublock Origin, other
adblockers (except sellouts like AdBlock), etc. A few broke a few sites
entirely (either Decentraleyes or Disconnect, Ping Blocker, obviously
sometimes ScriptSafe, sometimes Privacy Badger) and others were too
difficult (Canvas Blocker, some popup blockers themselves doing too many
popups).

Over years, Google marked many addons untrusted/unsafe/rule-breaking/
banned, including (falsely) AutoPager (FF still recommends). Google re-
added several. Some I knew were fine so repackaged myself (Polisis which
had extreme corporate agenda against, but was re-added) but some stopped
working (AutoPager, which I have less-powerful replacements). What do
you
recommend for such that were falsely unapproved or worked but were also
bad (some were sold to become somewhat or very bad)? I generally check,
so deleted some (sometimes with no functional replacement).

Is there any way to quickly troubleshoot addons or should I just wait a
few years?
