Embedding chromium image viewer in the web application

Hi. I see that Chromium has a built in image viewer, so you can open images with it, for example by entering this image url in the ULR bar https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3f/Fronalpstock_big.jpg
The built in viewer has several features, of which I notice the fit to window with the magnifier option if the image is larger than the window, centralize if the image is smaller than the window.

Can this viewer be used in the same way within the application. For example in the iframe, embed, object elements? I tried but it is not behaving the same.
