Install And Impressions Dropped Off A Cliff

I had 350 installs the day before yesterday and then yesterday's impression  and installs both went to 0. Either there is a problem with the web store's stats program or something has happened. Who can I reach out to to see if my extension has been pulled or something?

My extension is

It could be your placement in search results or on the front page changed? I just tried your extension and it worked. We found that google's tracking wasn't very accurate - have you considered adding your own metrics into the extension?

My stats are also at zero for yesterday -- it is another stats bug. This bug happens at least monthly.

The Chrome Web Store eng team is currently implementing a new stats pipeline that we believe will address the bugs we've seen in the past. I'll update the forum with more information when we are ready to turn it on.

In the meantime, some clarity about the numbers you're seeing in the store: the number that appears in your item Details dialog in the store is not the number of installs, it's the number of 7-day active users of the item.
