Rating on my extension not showing

Hi,
So I did not found much information. 
The most helpful was this group. 

This is my first extension on Chrome. (Have 2 on Firefox and there were no issues with the ratings)

And finally I got a rating. But it is not showing. I'm wondering why. 
I have not received an Email. I even replied to the users rating. 
There is no link and seemingly no other issue. 

Kindly assist. 
Screenshot of the rating...not sure if it is visible to other going to the extension page when they click on the "See all reviews" or if that is showing at all.

Hi Alex,

My understanding is that the ratings on Chrome Web Store items are calculated periodically and can lag behind the individual reviews you see.

It's also worth saying that someone can leave a review without text, in which case the score will be influenced by that without you being able to see it at all.

We're chatting about how we can make this clearer but ultimately I think it should update in the next few days.
