tabCapture in service worker

Hi friends

I want to tab capture by the "tabCapture" Api and execute it in the video HTML tag, but we can't use "tabCapture" Api in service workers, we can just create a new window or new tab for doing it

Is there solved this problem without creating a new tab or new window?

Issue 1214847 covers service worker support for tabCapture. You can see the issue for full details, but the short version is that we are aware of the issue and working on a fix.
