This happened to one of my extensions a few times. I answered someone else who had the same problem
. In that post, I said this:
2. Reply to the email that was sent to you with a request for explanation (you can recycle what you wrote from the form).
3. If you do not receive a response within a week, submit another form.
4. When they do reply to you, make sure you find out the exact reason your extension was taken down.
5. The reply may tell you which file from your extension they have a problem with specifically. Try to fix this file and resubmit your extension as an update.
Aside from what I said in that post, I found that the best thing is to just keep writing emails to every email (chrome web store support, the removals team, etc.). I have found that they generally send an automated reply with a customized one sentence reason which they usually bold. Listen to this reason and try to identify other reasons.
Like I said, I had one of my extensions taken down a few times. The first time it was for obfuscating code (which you are apparently not allowed to do, it does make sense though). I just made the code readable and it was reinstated.
The second time it was because someone else had named an extension similar to mine. I ended up remedying this problem by adding to the name of my extension. I had several emails back and forth with CWS (most on the side of the CWS were the automated ones I described earlier) and it was reinstated within a week.
Just keep emailing them and read that other post. As long as your extension is legit, it should be reinstated.
