Why isn't my extension's user count updating on Chrome Web Store?

Hi! I was wondering why is that my extension's user count is not showing anymore, this has been going now for a while maybe 2 weeks. what is going on?

Hi,

We hide the user count when we're not confident it accurately represents an extension, and the user count can come back in the future if things stabilize. An example of when this can happen is following a large enterprise deployment.

I can't provide more details for a specific extension, but I hope that helps.
