Need urgent help with my CWS account!!

I have a Chrome extension with over 30,000 users from around the world.

I recently tried to verify my developer account in the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard, but the verification failed. After that, I received an email from Chrome saying that if I don't resolve the issue within 28 days, my developer account and my extension will be removed.

I really don't want to lose the extension, I’ve invested a huge amount of time and effort into building it.

Would you be able to help me with this, or connect me with someone who can?

Hi there,
Which type of verification are you referring to? It seems like you may mean the Trader Verification, is that the case? If so, you would just want to open a support ticket with One Stop Support

Ah! Few problems

1. I absolutely understand the concern and frustration, but opening multiple tickets will only slow down responses. Try to stick to just the one.
2. Part of the reason for the slow response is that it looks like you opened all of those tickets with this email, rather than the developer account associated with the item you mentioned. Currently, the system doesn't recognize your direct connection to the item, so it's filed differently, which greatly slows things down. You want to make sure you are opening a ticket while signed into the correct account (double check by seeing which avatar/account shows up in the upper corner of the One Stop Support page.

Hi Patrick, 

Actually the first support ticket was opened on the 13th of July, and there is no response to this one at all.

I have opened this ticket with this email address, that is associated to my extension.

This is the correct email address.
