Web Store account type change to comply with EU DSA

Hello,

I need to change my account type from Individual to Company to be able to comply with the EU Digital Services Act and verify the Trader status. However, I do not see an option to do so in the dev console. I also couldn't find the email for Chrome Web Store support to ask them to do it on my behalf. 

Has anyone here changed their account type before? I would appreciate any help on this.

Hi Artem,

Your account type is based on the payment profile that you select when going through trader verification.

Are you able to open the verification window and create a new payment profile?

Okay, thank you! Do you know how to change the address displayed in the Chrome Store? Does it come from the DUNS database, or is there a way to change it manually?

Hi Artem,

Both the address and phone number come from the one used during the verification process.

If you'd like to change this, the only option would be to change to non-trader, and then back again, which would restart the verification process.
