How long does the "Published Pending Review" take

Hi everyone,

We have an app with 20K users. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/data-scraper/nndknepjnldbdbepjfgmncbggmopgden  It helps you extract data from web pages into CSV format so you can download it. 

It used to take just 60 min for the app to go through the publishing process. But ever since we crossed the 20K mark or since the last 2 weeks this process is taking 24-36hrs even after filing a support ticket. 

Is this normal? Are there things that flag your app and make it go through the manual approval process. 

Not having control over the publishing date is very detrimental to our development process. 

Any help or advice is highly appreciated.
