Recent changes in Chrome window layout?

We have an accessibility tool that makes some assumptions about the structure of the window hierarchy in Chrome.

It has broken recently in the beta and dev builds, but apparently only on Windows 11.

While we are investigating this, does anyone have insights into what might have changed?
