Extension review still pending. Are others experiencing delays as well?

We submitted for an update of our Chrome extension on Friday. Unfortunately this is a business critical extension that means hundreds of customers are down.

The update involves a very minor but essential change. As of writing this it's still pending, we haven't had to wait this long in the past. We aren't sure what to tell our customers at this point as we keep saying it should be live tomorrow. 

Wondering if anyone has experienced any delays of late in the review process and any advice on expediting the review process for this update?
