I am writing to request an escalation for an extension update that has been stuck in the review queue for 11 days. This delay is currently blocking our entire product launch and business operations.

Context:
The update includes a necessary brand migration (changing the extension name and domain), along with corresponding code updates to match the new infrastructure.
